I came in for an Ultherapy treatment, and everyone was so kind and welcoming from start to finish. The consultation was thorough, and they kept checking in during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable, which really put me at ease. I'm really happy with the results! My face looks more defined, and my skin feels firmer without looking overdone. The changes are subtle and natural, which is exactly what I wanted. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back for future treatments. I highly recommend this clinic if you're considering Ultherapy. :)

I had such a great experience at Kind Global Clinic that I wanted to leave an honest review. The first thing that impressed me was the 1:1 consultation with the doctors. They speak English fluently, so there was absolutely no language barrier. I was able to discuss my concerns comfortably, ask as many questions as I wanted, and fully understand the treatment plan. The staff also explained every procedure, precaution, and aftercare in English in great detail, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. To be honest, whenever I see a clinic that’s very popular with foreigners, I sometimes wonder if it’s actually a place that locals don’t go to. I also worry that some clinics may charge foreigners higher prices or focus more on foreign customers than providing quality care. Thankfully, Kind Global Clinic completely changed that impression. I checked both their website and the price menu at the clinic, and the prices were exactly the same for both Korean locals and international patients. Everything was transparent, which I really appreciated. While I was there, I also noticed plenty of Korean patients coming in for treatments, and that gave me even more confidence that this is a clinic trusted by locals as well. I’ve been to large, factory-style dermatology clinics in Korea before, where you only briefly see one doctor during the consultation, and then different doctors perform different parts of your treatment. It felt impersonal. At Kind Global Clinic, however, the two head doctors personally took care of my treatments from beginning to end. Knowing that the doctors I consulted with were the same ones performing my procedures made me feel much more confident and cared for. This was honestly one of my favorite parts of the entire experience. I also loved how transparent and thoughtful everything was. The consultation was free, and they even provided a complimentary skin analysis before recommending any treatments. After my appointment, they gave me a detailed invoice for everything I paid for, clear aftercare instructions, and even recommendations for Korean skincare products that would work well for my skin. They also followed up with me through WhatsApp afterward to check on my recovery and answer any questions. That level of aftercare and customer service is honestly hard to find. Overall, I felt that I was treated with genuine care from beginning to end. Transparent pricing, trusted by both locals and foreigners, personalized treatment by the clinic’s two head doctors, and excellent aftercare—everything made me feel like I was in good hands. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Korea. I can’t wait to see the doctors and staff again, and I’m already excited to see how much more we can improve my skin next time!

The clinic's interior is absolutely beautiful, and the doctor was incredibly thorough and skilled with the treatment. The doctor speaks English well and explained everything clearly. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, too!
